Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We use a secure server for credit card processing on our
electronic order form. When your order is placed with a credit card, our secure system automatically performs an
authorization, but does not bill you (please note, that although you are not
charged, most credit card companies will reduce the amount of your available
funds by the approved amount).
For stock orders that do not require customization, your
charge card will be billed on shipment. For custom or special orders, your
charge card will be billed when work begins on your order.
You are able to place an order
online and phone us with your credit card information. Simply choose "Credit Card Call-In" as your
payment method during checkout. After you receive your order confirmation with
the order number, call our Customer Service Number at 1-800-742-5354 and
provide us with your credit card information.
You can prepay with a check or
money order. Please note: We do not begin
production or ship your items until payments made by this method have cleared
our bank (typically 10 business days). This payment option will delay delivery
time.

Sales tax is collected at the current rate of 7.75% for orders shipped to a California address.
