Shipping Information
The normal shipping method for buttons is UPS Ground. UPS requires a full street address for delivery. If you are unable to accept UPS packages, please call to discuss alternative methods. NOTE: UPS does not consider weekends and holidays as part of its delivery schedule. USPS Priority Mail/Signature Confirmation is offered to shipments weighing less than 5 pounds and for all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not have a daily pick-up with any carrier other than UPS. If you require using an alternate shipper, please click here for details.
Free Shipping
When selecting to have your custom buttons shipped using the free shipping option Buttonworks reserves the right to select the shipping carrier. This option is limited to orders totaling 100 or more pieces. Enter Promo Code "SHIPFREE" during checkout.
No Signature Required
Customers occasionally ask us to ship their package with no signature required. While we can write
"no signature required" on the package, there is no guarantee the shipping company will honor the request.
Since the shipping company is responsible for proper delivery of your buttons, it is up
to the driver to determine whether or not they feel it would be safe to leave the package without a signature. With
this in mind, Buttonworks is not responsible if the shipping company does not leave the package without a signature.
Facts About Shipping
Although we have seen 1000's of button packages delivered on time every year around the globe there is always the slightest possibility that a package can be delivered late. In such an event UPS will refund all shipping charges to us and we gladly pass them back to the customer. The US Postal Service offers no such guarantee. Buttonworks cannot be held responsible for any missed deadlines or damages caused by shipments that arrive late by fault of the carrier. For this reason we recommend UPS for most circumstances and recommend you always allow a minimum of one-day buffer for buttons that are time critical.
