Custom Button Design Services

Have an idea for a custom button design, but not sure where to start? All button orders include 15 minutes of design time, and our professional graphic designers are always happy to assist you. When placing your order, simply select "I'll leave details for the art dept below" on Step #2, and type in a description of your design in the Additional Information box. After we receive your order, we will contact you for details about your design, and will create your custom button. You will be able to view your artwork on your digital proof, and approve the design before your custom buttons are made. Digital proofs are typically available within 24 hours of placing your custom button order.

The Digital Proofing Process

All custom button orders include a digital proof, free of charge. This ensures that you receive the highest-quality buttons, and helps identify any errors prior to production of your button order.

Within 24-48 hours of receiving your button order, our Art Department will work with you to create your custom button design, and will send you a link to your custom proofing page. What does the digital proof look like? View a Sample Digital Proof.

How to Send Your Custom Button Artwork

File Upload

When placing your order through our online shopping cart, you can upload your custom button art file if it is less than 5MB in size on step #2. If you have a larger file that you need to send us, or have more than one file, you can choose to send your button artwork via e-mail to to: [email protected].

Electronic Transfer (e-mail)

After placing your custom button order, you can email art files to [email protected]. Be sure to reference your order number in the subject line of your email.

File too large to e-mail? We recommend www.yousendit.com, a free file transfer website for files up to 100 MB in size.

Disk

Button Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to manufacturing tolerances, your image may shift slightly during the production of your buttons. Please be aware that we make every effort to manufacture your buttons as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur as each button is trimmed individually. These tolerances are standard for all button manufacturers.

If your button design includes a thin border around the button edge, this shift may appear more noticeable than with full-bleed designs. Whenever possible, we recommend avoiding borders that are especially thin, or close to the edge of the button design. If you are concerned about your custom button design, please contact our Art Department at 800-742-5354. We are always happy to preview your artwork and make suggestions to you if needed.
